Joint Unaddressed Mailers
A co-marketing program that pairs a local real estate agent with a retail business to share mailing costs and increase impact. Postcards will target a high value demographic and specific to the target area. Campaign will also span an agreed amount of time with multiple mailings to insure visibility and campaign success.
The postcard doubles as a redeemable coupon or voucher, giving recipients a reason to keep and use it.

What’s included
We will pair the agent and retail businesses based on both parties' defined demographics and budgets. Note that this process can take some time as we want to make sure there is a strong fit on both ends.
The campaign consists of 3 mailers against the target neighborhood area. There is no limit to the target area however we recommend selecting a central location and defining a 2-3 km radius. The target area should contain a minimum of 5,000 target markets. We want the mailers spaced 2-4 weeks apart.
